About the BellaOnline Walking Editor
Walking is a complete exercise on its own. You do not need any special equipment and it can be done any time of day, in any type of weather. You can walk on a treadmill, at the mall, or in your neighborhood, your options are limitless.
One of the long term goals that Carla has is to walk the entire Appalachian Trail. It is something she has been working toward the last couple of years. She wants to experience nature while being in the meditative state that walking can help each person get to.
Carla is a mother of two sons, a wife, and a grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren. She has struggled her whole life with weight and wellness. She has found that walking helps her become stronger and more at ease with the stresses of day to day living.
Please join us in walking for your health and for your sanity. Articles published weekly and Carla would love for you to join her in the forums for deeper discussions of the benefits of walking.
